Hey, I’m Russell — online I go by AkaiRiot, or just Akai.

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. In 2010 I started making digital art, and I debuted as AkaiRiot in 2014. I made art my full-time career in 2016.

I’ve done design and illustration work for Crunchyroll, Panda Global, and the Frostbite Tournament series, but I also love designing my own characters and bringing them to life.

When I’m not drawing, I enjoy reading, gaming, watching movies and streams, and listening to music.
